How The Service Works

Reliable, Efficient Window Cleaning

We send a text reminder at 7.30pm the evening before we are due to clean your windows.
We arrive on the day to clean your windows, frames, sills and PVC doors.
Once we have completed your clean we will post one of our company cards through your letterbox which has our payment details on (either bank transfer or direct debit)
Payment is requested within 5 days of your clean.
See you in either 4 or 8 weeks time for your next regular clean.

Pricing Structure

We have a straight forward pricing structure in place to make your quote as simple as possible. We can usually do this for you over the phone in around 2 minutes.

Size/Style Of Your Property

Style and size of your property makes a difference to the quote we provide Please let us know this when we are quoting for your cleaning.

Gate Access

We require gate access and for the gate to be left unlocked for the day we are due to clean. We send a text reminder at 7.30pm the evening before we are due to clean so you know we are due to clean your windows the following day.

No Gate Access?

If your property doesn’t have gate access to the back windows we will only be able to offer front window cleaning. We do not take our equipment through houses or garages.

How Often Do You Require?

We offer either 4 or 8 weekly cleaning. We do not provide one-off cleaning.

Need Conservatory Cleaning?

If you have a conservatory that you would also like cleaned when we are doing your windows please let us know at the quote stage and we can quote for this too. Please note this does not include the cleaning of your conservatory roof.
