We Process Our Payments Using GoCardless
The UK’s Leading Direct Debit Service.

Here you can find out about how our direct debit service works and complete your sign-up.

1: Upon completion of your clean we update our worksheet by clicking ‘done’ on your job. If we haven’t been able to clean your windows for any reason we mark your windows down as ‘missed’ and there will be no billing.

2: When we have cleaned your windows your outstanding payment will then sit in our owing list until your direct debit is processed.

3: When we process your payment you will receive a notification by email to inform you we have begun the billing process. Your outstanding payment will automatically be removed from the owing list once it clears 7 days later.

How To Setup Your Direct Debit
  1. Click on the Gocardless button, here you can set up a your direct debit securely. Payment will be requested only after we have cleaned your windows. This is usually taken 5-7 days after requested.
  2. You will receive an email from Gocardless to tell you when the payment will leave your account.  If we haven’t cleaned your windows then payment will not be taken.

As with any Direct Debit you may cancel at any time.
